On July 28, 2009 the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Slovakia together with SIOK and SARIO (Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency) organized the Business Luncheon in Hotel Park Inn Bratislava with the representatives of business sphere in Slovakia. Also the expectant Ambassador of the Slovak Republic in Indonesia Mr. Stefan Rozkopal attended this meeting. |

On March 23, 2009 all members of SIOK Presidium i.e. Mr. Milan Compel, Mr. Julius Drugda, Mr. Tomas Ziak and Ms. Zuzana Suskova paid a courtesy call to the Ambassador of Indonesia to Slovakia H.E. Harsha E. Joesoef at the premises of the Indonesian Embassy in Bratislava. The SIOK representatives presented the Chamber of Commerce to his Excellency, informed him about its structure, goals to the close as well as distant future. |

On June 23, 2009 the representatives of SIOK - Mr. Milan Compel, Mr. Julius Drugda and Ms. Zuzana Suskova met with H.E. Harsha E. Joesoef, Ambassador of Indonesia accompanied by the Councellor Mr. Firdauzie Dwiandika and the private secretary Mr. Rulianto F. Halid on the working luncheon in Bratislava. The purpose of the working luncheon was the reciprocal informing about the progress in development of the Slovak-Indonesian trade relations. |

On February 7 – 9, 2009 the delegation of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia arrived to Bratislava for the working visit. The visit was paid on the invitation of the SIOK President Mr. Milan Compel and the whole SIOK. The delegation was led by Mr. Martani Huseini, the General Director of Fisheries Product Processing and Marketing and further consisted of Mr. Saut P. Hutagalung, the Director of Foreign Market Development, Mr. Yulianto, the Deputy Director for Analysis and Information and Mr. Firdauzie Dwiandika, Chargé d` Affaires of the Embassy of Indonesia in Bratislava. SIOK was represented by Mr. Milan Compel, the President of SIOK and Mr. Julius Drugda, the 1st Vice-President of SIOK. |
